Managment
I have management experience in a variety of settings both educational and professional settings, tracking multiple projects at a time, with budget ranging from $600-$10,000, with rapidly changing time lines. I have lead union crews, student and volunteer workers and young professionals with compassion and care. My goal is to ensure that all stakeholders involved are happy with the outcome and the road we took to get there.
In management as in everything I do, I prioritize clear, communication, easily shareable metrics and updates to systems that provide a faster and more effective outcome.
The show must go on, and to make sure it does, I created organizational systems to suit the need of a company that I'm working for. This includes, but is not limited to our table, databases with interfaces that allow for easier function, updated and streamlined paperwork to make tracking and changes easy and shareable cross-departmentally, and created on-boarding procedures, documentation, systems and training to transmit institutional knowledge and ease the transition of new employees.
Productions
Served as prop master for shows of all types, scopes, and sizes. Types of shows include shared shows, traveling shows, outdoor shows, theater for the very young, hands on shows, educational shows for school, university drama department shows, professional theater shows, original first-time productions, pre-Broadway shows, black box theater, musicals, Shakespearean dramas, one-person play. To insure a successful run, each show receives care and attention from pre-rehearsal to production to strike.

Paper work & infrastructure
Documents are created in flexible formats that enables the creation of custom paperwork to meet the needs of the group or individual depending on their visual preferences.
Paperwork is constructed as a template, so that all formulas and features are prebuilt to allow for easy use during the stressful production process. Modifications to the template are easily made, depending on an individual’s preferences at the start of the production.

inventory
The inventory system was designed and constructed to provide ease, function and organization a large number of props that the Prop Shop stores, manages, and maintains. The system enables designers and directors to peruse prop options from their computer and enables any Prop Shop employee to find, pull, and document the use of a selected item. This system revolutionized and streamlined the time-intensive process of identifying props to use in rehearsal and productions and eliminated the problem of lost and misplaced props. This provides greater accountability for prop management and shares the workload for prop retrieval and replacement while still allowing the manager complete control of their inventory. It's designed to facilitate rentals with minimal loss of stock and also was useful during the occasional sale of excess props to raise funds.
